This is an application for extension of time to furnish sureties in furtherance of Order dated 15th March 2022.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, in furtherance of Order dated 15th March 2022, the Applicant could furnish cash surety on 25th April 2022 and was actually released from jail on 26th April 2022. He submitted that, as hardly three weeks were left with the Applicant to comply with Order dated 15th March 2022, he could not arrange sureties in the said period and therefore the period to furnish sureties may be extended. He submitted that, now the Applicant has arranged sureties. 1/2

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, the period to furnish sureties is hereby extended by eight weeks from today. 4.
