At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant states that the trial has commenced and 10 witnesses are already examined. However, because of lock-down there was no further progress. He, therefore, submits that directions be issued to the trial court to complete the trial expeditiously as it has already commenced. Therefore, at this sage, he does not press this application for the applicant'
s release on bail and prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. Gokhale

Considering this request, the application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, since the trial has already commenced and 10 witnesses are already examined, learned trial Judge is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. 3.
