1] Applicant is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 209/2014 registered with Sakinaka Police Station for Offences punishable under Sections 143, 144, 146, 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

2] Prosecution case is, applicant alongwith other co-accused with common intention committed an offence for murder, murderous 1/2

3] There is direct evidence connecting the applicant's involvement in the crime in question available on record. Statement of eye witnesses viz. Rashid Azhar, other victims, Mehboob Shaikh, and Mohammad Hussain specifically connects the applicant in the crime in question. I am informed that trial has already commenced and this Court vide order dated 25/11/2021 has expedited the trial be concluded within one year in Criminal Bail Application No. 3091/2021.

4] In view of aforesaid piece of evidence thereby directly connecting the applicant to the crime, prima facie involvement of the applicant can be inferred. Offence is serious one punishable with life or death. That being so, no case for bail is made out. Application stands rejected.
