This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos. 3 to 5 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay in Thane by its order dated 4.4.2015 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 401 of 2015 with ABA No.735 of 2015.

The learned APP on instructions submitted that during the pendency of the present application the police have completed investigation and submitted charge sheet on 10.2.2017.

3) In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa vs. Sameer Pakvasa and anr. in Criminal Application No.723/2014 in ABA No.1785/2014 dated 25.1.2016 the present application for cancellation of bail on merits, after filing of charge sheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
