This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of six days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 15.2.2014 passed by Commissioner for Employee's Compensation at Kolhapur in WCA No.72/C-9 of 2002.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following Mohite 1/2

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:
