This application is filed for restoration of Criminal Application No. 548 of 2018. It appears that, when said application was taken up for hearing on 25.03.2019 before this Court (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere, J.), none appeared on behalf of applicant on first call as well as on second call and therefore, this Court was constrained to dismiss the said application for non prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the application, the present application for restoration deserves to be allowed accordingly. 3.

Criminal Application No. 699 of 2019 is allowed and stands disposed of.
