This application was filed for transferring Writ Petition No. 50 of 2008 and other connected matters from Aurangabad Bench of this Court to the Principal Seat at Bombay and for hearing them along with Writ Petition No. 1340 of 2009 and connected matters.

Learned A.G.P. states that by a judgment dated 12 April 2010, the Full Bench of this Court has already disposed of Writ Petition No. 1340 of 2009 and connected matters and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
