Heard. This Application is preferred by the claimant for condonation of delay of 166 days in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated dated 17/09/2012 passed by the Labour Court, Solapur in Application W.C.No.20/2008.

The learned counsel for the Respondent vehemently opposed the present Civil Application. He submits that the Applicant has not shown sufficient cause for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, there is no substance in the present Application. Same be dismissed.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 166 days caused in filing the appeal.

b) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
