The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is working as part time Assistant Teacher in two aided schools of the society. In that event, he has to be paid as full time teacher. Reference is made to the Government Resolution dated 4th July 2007.

The learned Counsel submits that the Management has submitted a proposal to that effect with the Deputy Director of Education (respondent No.2) on 7 December 2020.

In case the proposal to consider the petitioner as full time teacher (page 37) is pending with respondent No.2, the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within four months.
