By this civil application, the applicants pray that original petitioner no.1, Smt. Vasuda Vinayak Lavate having expired petitioner nos.2 to 4, who are stated to be the legal heirs and who are already parties in their individual capacity be permitted to be shown as legal heirs of petitioner no.1, in the cause title.

2/4 Having perused averments made in the civil application, in the interest of justice, the civil application is required to be allowed. It is, accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). No costs.

Mr. Sagar Joshi, learned advocate for the applicants points out that the suit structure has already collapsed. He submits that this civil application has been filed for a direction that the respondents herein (original petitioners) be directed to pay Rs.18,900/- towards arrears of rent with interest at the rate of Rs.12% per annum to the applicants.
