The learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the applications with liberty to pursue the miscellaneous application filed by them below Exh.75 dated 29/7/2016 in P.M.L.A. Special Case No. 2/2016. Leave and liberty granted.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the said application filed below Exh.75 is scheduled for hearing before the Special Judge (under PMLA Act) Gr.

The learned Special Judge seized of the P.M.L.A. Special Case No. 2 of 2016 is hereby requested to conclude the hearing of the said Misc. application filed below Exh.75, preferably on 3/10/2016.

The applicants are protected by way of interim relief by this Court since 2nd August, 2016. The said interim relief shall remain in force up to 3/10/2016.

The applications are disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
