By this Application, the Applicant seeks modification / relaxation of condition No. (ii) imposed by this Court ( Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) vide order dated 11.01.2019 passed in B. A. No. 2477 of 2018. The condition of which modification / relaxation is sought reads thus :- "(ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C. R.

No. 53 of 2018 registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai, on his furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount."

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that despite the Applicant having been released on bail in January, 2019 till date, the Applicant is not able to furnish sureties. He, therefore, seeks reduction of the said amount. Accordingly, the condition is relaxed. The Applicant shall now be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Rest of the conditions to remain as it is. Accordingly, the Application is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
