On 3 October 2018, we had spoken to the parties and the matter is kept today for filing Consent Terms.

Learned Counsel for the parties state that the matter is settled between the parties. They have tendered Consent Terms of today's date (i.e. 6 October 2018). The Consent Terms are signed by the parties and their respective Advocates. The parties are present in Court in person. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.
The Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The marriage dated 18 May 2013 between the Appellant-wife and the Respondent-husband shall stand dissolved by mutual consent under Uday Prabhakar Kambli section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act.
