We have heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Senior Advocate for Respondent Nos.2 to 4.

The Petition is filed in year 2018. With a passage of time, the relief claimed in the Petition has become academic.

In the light of that, we are not inclined to proceed further with the Writ Petition.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners intend to challenge Section 32 of Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016. The Petitioners may do so in an appropriate proceedings and if 1/2
