It appears that this Court vide order dated 12th May 2016 had granted interim pre-arrest bail to the applicant in the present Crime No.I-57/2016 registered by Naupada Police Station for the offences punishable under section 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w section 34 of the IPC.

Learned APP, at the outset, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, makes a statement that the applicant is not an accused in the present crime, and further makes a statement that in the event accused is required to be arrested, 72 hours clear notice will be issued to

Tilak 2/2 (911)ABA-862-16 him. Admittedly, statement of accused is recorded by the Investigating Agency.

In that view of the matter, interim bail granted to the applicant on 12th May 2016 stands rejected.

Application stands disposed of with directions to the Investigating Agency to issue 72 hours clear notice to applicant Abhay Moreshwar Dharap if his involvement is found in Crime numbered above.

With these terms, application stands disposed of as dismissed.
