Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that on the basis of a Judgment delivered by this Court (Aurangabad Bench) in Writ Petition No. 2736 of 1989 decided on 04.12.2001, he intends to avail of alternate remedy. It would be open for the Petitioners to avail of alternate remedy for redressal of his grievance. Needless to state that this Court has not expressed any opinion and it would be open for the Petitioners to raise all those contentions before the appropriate forum. 2.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to avail alternate remedy as available in law.
