Jadhav attached to Ghatkopar Police Station, submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have submitted chargesheet on 11th April 2023 in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 49th Court, Vikroli, Mumbai and the same has been numbered as CC No. 707/PW/2023.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file an application for discharge before the Trial Court, as contemplated under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code.

Leave and liberty granted.
