By an order dated 7th May, 2015 this Court was pleased to release the Applicant on bail of Rs.5,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or cash bail deposit of Rs.5,000/- in lieu of surety. It was further ordered that the substantive sentence imposed on the Applicant shall remain suspended during the pendency of Criminal Revision Application No.104 of 2015, subject to the Applicant depositing Rs.75,000/- in the Trial Court within a period of eight days from the date of passing of the said order. It was further made clear that if the said amount was not deposited, the bail order shall stand revoked.

By the present Application the Applicant is seeking extension of the said period for deposit of the said amount of Rs.75,000/-. 3.

As a matter of indulgence and last chance, the period for deposit of the said amount of Rs.75,000/- is hereby extended by a period of one week from today. It is made clear that, no further extension shall be granted on any ground and for whatsoever reason. If the Applicant fails to deposit the said amount of Rs.75,000/- within a period of one week from today before the Trial Court as was directed by order dated 7th May, 2015, the bail order shall stand revoked without further reference to the Court.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
