Record indicates that application for bail preferred by Petitioner has been rejected by the co-ordinate Bench by an Order dated 12th January 2023.

As the substantive appeal preferred by Petitioner has already been admitted, his prayer for acquittal in Writ Petition against same impugned Judgment and Order is not maintainable in law. 4.
