Learned Counsel for the parties submit that with a passage of time the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge has already worked out. In this view of the matter the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 states that he may be granted liberty to make fresh application for appropriate reliefs before the learned Sessions Judge. If such an application is made, the same shall be considered on its own merits. The present application is accordingly disposed of.
