(Cyber & Digital Science) College in Pune Cantonment (Camp) Area as per Point No.13, the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the said final approval granted by the State Government on 8th July, 2021. Statement is accepted.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No order as to costs.
