P.C.:- 1) At the outset, learned APP on instructions from Mr. Vishwas Dhumal, PSI, Tardeo Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, the investigation of the present crime has already been completed and the police have submitted charge-sheet on 16th June, 2023 before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th Court, Girgaon Mumbai and the same has been numbered as CC No.284/PW/2023.

2) In view thereof, Mr. Sarda, learned Advocate for the Applicants on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Application with liberty to file an Application for discharge as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court.

Leave and liberty granted.
