After arguing the matter and since the Court was not inclined to grant bail. Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions sought permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant was studying in Civil Engineering, and at the time of incident he was aged about 18 years. He is in custody from 13th March, 2018. Hence, it is prayed that the trial may be expedited. Considering the aforesaid circumstances application is allowed to be withdrawn. Trial is expedited. The trial Court shall make an endeavor to complete the trial within one year from today. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
