Heard Mr. Khadakban, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Smt. Srivastava, learned AGP appearing for the Respondent No.16 to 18-State.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the impugned order in the present Writ Petition is order dated 24th June 2019 passed by the Revenue Minister by which, interim order of stay was granted in RTS Revision Application 2719/464/ Case No.100/J-4. He states that, said Revision itself, is disposed of by order dated 21st August 2023 and, therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as it has become infructuous.
