The petitioners claim contempt of order of this Court dated 14th March 2022.

The learned Advocate for respondent Nos.3 and 5 submits that the representation of the petitioners has been decided and the amount has been sanctioned to the schools as stated in the order dated 23rd September 2022. 3.

In view of that, the contempt stands purged.

One of the grievance of the petitioner is that though the order is passed on 14th March 2022 by this Court, the amount is not disbursed to the petitioners. The respondents shall, on receipt of the amount, disburse the same as per the eligibility of the petitioners expeditiously. 5.
