Mr.Joshi, submits that sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay of the 77 days. However, in the facts and circumstances of the present case, upon perusing the Civil Applications, there is sufficient cause shown to condone the delay. In particular, reference is required to be made to the averments made in paragraph Nos.5 and 6. Accordingly, the Civil Applications are allowed and the delay in institution of the appeal is condoned. 4.
The Civil Applications are disposed of.
