By this review petition, the petitioner seeks recall of the order dated 9th September 2014 passed by this Court in First Appeal No.186 of 2012.

I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and have perused the grounds raised in the review petition. Each and every ground raised by the review petitioner in the review petition indicates that the order is challenged on merit. There is no error apparent in the said order. Supreme Court has already dismissed the Special Leave Petition by an order dated 27th March 2015 and has held that there was no legal and valid ground for interference. No case is made out for review of the order in question.

In my view, the review petition is thoroughly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
