By this First Appeal, Appellants- Original Claimants are challenging the judgment and award dated 2nd February, 2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Sindhudurga at Oras in MAC Petition No. 28 of 2011 for additional compensation. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied that the Appellant has made out a case for following order: (a) Admit.

(b) Printing dispensed with.

(c) Appellant to file private paper-book within one year from today with copy to other side, failing which, First Appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.
