This Civil Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.4. Deceased Respondent No.4 passed away on 18th August 2016 and the application is taken out on 6th May 2017.

Mr. Railkar, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1, 2, 3D, 4(a) to 4(d) and 6 strongly opposes the application.

However, for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). 5.

Amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.

The Civil Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
