1] Mr. Ravi Shinde appears for the petitioners and states that he has yet to obtain instructions from the petitioners. 2] This petition is of the year 1995. There are certain interim reliefs granted in this matter in the context of recovery of amounts by the respondents, though, subject to certain conditions. In terms of the order dated 1 December 2005, interim relief was granted in terms of prayer clause (a) of civil application no. 437 of 2005. At least the farad sheet in the main petition does not indicate that the said amount has been deposited. In terms of the self operating order dated 1 December 2015, the stay, in that case, stands vacated.

3] Considering that this petition is of the year 1995, it will not be appropriate to simply adjourn this matter. Accordingly, this matter is dismissed for non prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Chandka (M. S. SONAK, J.) 1/1
