Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

It is pointed out that pursuant to the order dated 11/3/2021 passed by this Court, a revision has already been fled under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code' for short) challenging the order of the District Superintendent of Land Records. This Court has already requested the Hon'ble Minister to decide the application for stay expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the revision as well as the application for stay have been fled. He, however, submits that the stay application is yet to be heard.

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 opposed the Petition and grant of any interim reliefs.

This Court has already requested the Hon'ble Minister to decide the application for stay expeditiously. It is again requested that the application for stay be decided expeditiously. The Hon'ble Minister is requested to decide the same preferably within a period of six weeks from today.

The District Superintendent of Land Records is requested to defer the hearing of the proceedings till the application for stay is decided.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
