Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. He submits that during the pendency of the aforesaid appeal, charge-sheet has been filed and that the appellant intends to SQ Pathan 1/2

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that if an application for pre-arrest bail is filed, post filing of the charge-sheet, the same shall be decided by the learned Judge, on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this appeal.
