By the impugned order dated 28th January 2014 passed in the above writ petition, the Investigating Officer in CR No.95/2013 registered with D.B.Marg Police Station was directed to file charge sheet within a period of two weeks from the date of the said order. However, the charge sheet could not be filed within stipulated time and therefore, the present application. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that charge sheet was ready on 6th February 2014, however, for want of presence of the accused it could not be filed. In the circumstances, time to file charge sheet is extended by a period of one week from today. It is made clear that no further extension will be given. Criminal Application stands disposed of.
