The Applicants have filed this Civil Application for impleading themselves as legal heirs of the original Petitioner Mr. Mukund K. Natu. There is a delay of 26 days in taking out the Civil Application with deserves to be condoned.

The Applicants are directed to be impleaded as Petitioner Nos.1 to 5 as shown in the cause title of the Civil Application in place

47.caw.105.21.doc of the original Petitioner Mr. Mukund K. Natu. The name of Mr. Mukund K. Natu shall be struck of. Amendment to that effect shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. The Applicants / newly added Petitioner Nos.1 to 5 shall ensure that copy of the amended Writ Petition be served on all the contesting Respondents before the next date and file Affidavit of service on record. Reverification is dispensed with. 4.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, Civil Application stands allowed in the aforesaid terms. 5.

Place the Writ Petition on board on 14.02.2022 for final disposal.
