This petition is filed for quashing the F.I.R. No.II/16/2015 registered with Vitthalwadi police station for the offence punishable under Sections 51, 63, 65 and 69 of the Copy Right Act, 1958.

Having considered rival submissions and having perused the subject F.I.R. copy of which is annexed at Ex.'A' and the report of Vitthalwadi police station dated 8.9.2015, prima-facie, we find that they disclose the commission of offence as alleged against Shivgan 1/2
