The applicants are admitted to interim protection by order dated 25th June 2021 and in paragraph no.2 of the said order, the role attributed to the present applicants is specifically discerned and in the backdrop of the said allegations, they were entitled to be released on bail. The delay in lodging of the FIR was also one of the factors which weighed with the Court. Today, Tilak
