All three Appeals are disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms.

In view of the Consent Terms, the principal Suit in the Bombay City Civil Court itself is to be withdrawn. 5.

Parties will appear before the Trial Court on 24th July 2017 with an authenticated copy of this order and request the Court to pass a formal order for withdrawal of the Suit. 6.

All the Civil Applications do not survive and are disposed of as infructuous.
