Mr. Chavan, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks liberty to delete name of respondent Nos. 5 and 6 from the cause title of the petition. Liberty as prayed is granted. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two days from today. 2.

Rule. Ms. Solunke, learned AGP waives service on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4. By consent of parties, the petition is heard finally.

By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction against

respondent Nos.1 to 4 to grant the approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a peon (non-teaching staff) in the aided Secondary School namely Marutirao Akaram Karande (Sir) Secondary School run by Shivajirao Shendge Sheti Audyogik Shikshan Vikas Mandal, Kuktoli, Tal. Kavathe-Mahankal, Dist:-Sangli. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, prays for a direction against respondent No.4 to consider the proposal dated 29.08.2019 (page 32 of the Writ petition) submitted by the Management to the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Sangli. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to submit a legible copy of the said proposal to the learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 to 4 by 5.00 p.m. today. 3.

Learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 to 4 to verify whether the said proposal dated 29th August, 2019 was received by the Education Officer (Secondary). If received, whether it has been considered and disposed of and if not disposed of, be disposed of within a period of four weeks from today.

The order that would be passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Z.P. Sangli, shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of the order. The

petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings if that order would be adverse to the petitioner. Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
