By this civil application,the applicant is seeking condonation of 10 days delay in filing first appeal challenging Judgment and award dated 15.12.2017 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Mangaon in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.13/2013.

averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:

a) Delay in filing the First Appeal is condoned.

b) Civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
