Mr.Shinde, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that today, the Respondents have extended the time for the purpose of submission of joint option of employees upto 26th June 2023.

The learned Counsel submits that, in fact, the Petitioner was seeking extension of time by three months. To a greater extent, the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed. The time has already been extended by almost two months.

In light of that, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.
