"1.This is an application for condonation of 52 days delay in filing the appeal.
2.Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Jajodia, constituted power of attorney for the respondent.
3. Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, undertakes to deposit the decretal amount with Shailaja S.

Learned Counsel for the appellant hands in photostat copy of the receipt issued by the City Civil Court indicating deposit of an amount of Rs.51,46,940/- on 11th February, 2021. 3.
Since the amount has been deposited, the delay stands condoned.
