Heard Mr. Sutaria, learned counsel for the applicant. By way of the present application, the applicant prayed for his intervention in the petition filed at the instance of the petitioner - Amol @ Avikumar Dhondiram Dhule. The submission of the applicant is that he is the person at whose behest, the investigating agency was set in motion. Our attention was invited to the documents placed on record to submit that due to certain serious misdeeds committed by the petitioner- Amol Avikumar Dhondiram Dhule, the applicant had lodged complaint/report with the police station and thus, it would be in the interest of justice to allow the present applicant to intervene in the petition and the petitioner Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:

Shubhada S Kadam 4 ia 1647.2021.doc petition. Learned counsel for the applicant was fair enough to submit before this Court that the role of the applicant in the petition would a limited one and he may assist learned APP at the time of hearing writ petition No.2071 of 2021.

Mr. Gangwal, learned counsel for the petitioner - Amol @ Avikumar Dhondiram Dhule, raised no serious objection to the prayers made in the present interim application No.1647 of 2021. The interim application is allowed.

The petitioner - Amol @ Avikumar Dhondiram Dhule is permitted to amend the petition by adding the applicant - Gautam Purushottamdas Budhrani as party respondent No.3- in writ petition No.2071 of 2021 by tomorrow i.e. 29th July, 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply a copy of the amended petition to learned APP.

Learned APP submitted that in response to the notice issued by this Court on 14th June, 2021, respondent Nos.1 and 2 have already filed their respective replies through authorised officer. 5.
