Learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company submits that the applicant is ready to deposit entire decretal amount within a period of three weeks. He requested to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 29 of 2017. 2.

In view of submission, there shall be stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 29 of 2017 subject to condition that applicantInsurance Company shall deposit the entire decretal amount with accrued interest thereon in this Court within a period of three weeks, failure to which the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court and the respondents-claimants are at liberty to execute the Award for recovery of compensation. 3.
