After petition was heard for some time, by consent and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, following order is passed.
(a) Respondents shall issue show cause notice to petitioner on or before 21st June, 2022. If any documents/statements are being relied upon in show cause notice, copies thereof shall also be provided along with show cause notice.
(b) Reply to show cause notice shall be filed by petitioner within one week of receiving show cause notice. Date of receipt being excluded.
(c) Respondents shall grant a personal hearing to petitioner, notice whereof shall be given at least three working days in advance and hearing shall be held on the date and time fixed in the notice for personal hearing.
(d) Adjudication order shall be passed within a period of two weeks from the date of personal hearing. (e) All rights and contentions are kept open to be raised in reply to this show cause notice and during personal hearing.

Petition accordingly stands disposed. Liberty to apply in case of non compliance by respondents.
