Learned AGP raised an objection that there is a remedy to fle revision before the State Government under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

The petitioners are granted liberty to approach the State Government by fling a revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 against the impugned order.
