Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this Writ Petition, petitioner wife is challenging the order dated 1.4.2015 passed by Family Court No.5, Mumbai below Interim Application No.229 of 2013 in Petition No.E-446 of 2013 rejecting petitioner's application for interim maintenance. The Family Court also observed in paragraph 5 of the impugned order that petitioner's salary slip shows that her gross salary is Rs.21,000/- per month and net salary is Rs.20,700/- per month after legal deductions. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's job is on temporary basis. He seeks liberty to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to Mohite 1/2

17 wp2095-15 file afresh in case Petitioner becomes unemployed. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for its identification.

Same is accepted.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

No order as to costs.
