Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned APP for the Respondents/State.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions submits that the Petitioner would be satisfied in case directions are given to the Appellate Authority to decide the pending appeal filed by the Petitioner within stipulated period.

In the light of the submissions made across the bar, we direct the Appellate Authority i.e. Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune to decide the appeal filed by the Petitioner, if not already decided, on its own merits and lgc

With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
