Petitioner's Civil Misc. Application No. 1246 of 2018 for restoration of the suit i.e. S.C. Suit No. 541 of 2015 is pending in the Court of Joint Civil Judge Senior Division at Pune since October, 2018.

The learned Judge shall decide the said application preferably within three months from today. 4.

The petitioner is at liberty to apply for interim reliefs in the said application before the learned trial Court.
