P.C:- This petition is filed with a prayer that Emergency (Covid -

19) Parole be granted to the Petitioner. The grounds in the petition are in furtherance of this prayer. However, to the petition, the Petitioner has annexed the order rejecting the application for furlough leave on 31 December 2019.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the petition proceeds on erroneous premise of seeking Covid-19 Parole as what the Petitioner seeks is a furlough leave. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the rejection of furlough leave being of the

sg 2/2 5.wp2835-21.doc year 2019, the Petitioner will apply again for furlough leave, and if the same is rejected, will file a petition. The learned APP states that as regards application for emergency parole, the same is also rejected. It is open to the Petitioner to challenge that order as well. 3.
