The petition is filed through prison. The Petitioner is seeking direction for granting assistance of the legal aid committee for conducting trial of cases on his behalf. In our opinion, the Petitioner can always make such request to the concerned trial Court. 2.

It is reported that in some cases, charges are already framed and the matters are pending for trial. Certainly, in such scenario, the Petitioner can make request of the kind made in this petition to the concerned trial Court. Our direction are unwarranted. [SMT. BHARATI H.
